India is in dire-need of modern cities. It cannot be compared with other developed countries where cities are dime a dozen. I met a Delhi guy with IIT Delhi background in Bay Area, he said he was really looking forward to cities like Amaravati and he is investing and may even consider moving there if the quality of life and modern facilities exist. Hyd issued municipal bonds recently for 9.5% of course with govt. guarantees. Dabbulu levani chetulu kattukuni koorchovadam chetakaani tanam. We have to borrow and invest, for future, that's called risk taking and real leaders do that time and again. Not different from what corporate leaders like Adani and others do.
