20)There are no adjectives to describe Ramcharan's acting throughout the movie. But I will discuss just climax. There is no scene in any movie I watched has those many variations. 21)The climax entire sequence is a roller coaster of emotions. The compassion, innocence, worshiping and then saying how he took revenge on JB. Then revealing the fact. Sadness. The anger, cruelty. Satisfaction. #Rangasthalam 22)Even though he takes revenge, he cannot bring back his brother, so he can't be happy. The expression he gives at the end is the ultimate. DSP scores it as some celebratory music but RamCharan's expression is not celebratory #Rangasthalam 23)I think just the climax scene is enough to say how good an actor he is. No music can match his expression. Take a bow. 24)One more tidbit in climax, Chittibabu says his villagers are gangaalamma talli biddalu, so all his villagers have only names of shiva or ganga or parvati names. There won't be any any vishnu names. BRILLIANT Logic i say 25)That's how he knows, his brother was not saying one of his villager's name. Whenever you find any other name related to vishnu she/he is from some other village or just moved to their village. Back stories to everyone 26)There are lot of other things like colors used in the frames are flags and themes, symbolism I may have to write a book on each scene, if I go like this. 27)veryone in the movie acted very well. 12)The scene connecting logic: Why the president is on run? Because in front of everyone he killed SeshuNaidu. So he realizes everyone knows his true face and he is on run. #Rangasthalam 13)But when villagers attacked his house, we are convinced he killed KumarBabu, so he is on run. The scene is logically connected to justify everyone's actions in two different scenarios. Scene is connected logically in both the ways 16)Through out the movie the underlying concept is caste discrimination. It is shown explicitly and implicitly through the movie. 1)I am a regular movie goer, but I never watched any movie for the second time in theater. I watched #Rangasthalam for the 5th time as of today. I can't get over the movie. So I want to put my thoughts here for once and I want to move on. 2)When I watched for the first time I was blown away by #RamCharan 's performance and I couldn't get over Chittibabu and I couldn't understand why a performance is haunting me so much. #Rangasthalam 3)So I thought just a performance cannot make this, so I wanted to give it a second try then slowly I started to understand multiple layers of the movie. #Rangasthalam 4)When Sukumar makes any movie he always thinks the 70mm screen as his black board and the audience are his students and tries to explain the complex concepts as simple as possible. Everybody knows he is a brilliant film maker. #Rangasthalam 5)But if the emotional connect is not there in the movie, you cannot simply appreciate the movie's brilliance, you understand it but you can't connect to the movie's emotional content. | ||
