Early morning warm water lemon and honey or celery juice works best
Less spice through out the day. Very little to no milk products these are bad
1 big glass veg smoothies. Night no spicy food at all may be once a week

First thing you need to do is identify foods that cause you reflexes.
Then avoid one at a time.
Over the counter medicine omeprazole should help for most part.
Avoid all Soft drinks and coffee (Moderate consumption is OK)

my daughter used to have GERD..as an infant..it is much bigger problem with them..because the diaphragm is not fully grown and they end up throwing up..

peddavallalo burping problem ekkuva untundi..which can turn embarrassing in public places..

chronic is mot easily curable, it could also keep recurring..

but then, simple advice is to just concentrate on diet - avoid drinks..

inni diet theds padtunai.. pick your choice, and follow..

edo bhajana chestuna ani kadu :D .. you can try consuming small grains ( millets, quinoa etc ) they are easily digestable, and are good for digestion.. ofcourse taste same undadu..

was diagonised GERD grade C during my engineering days.. got it aftermath jaundice.. follow good enough diet.and take tablets prescribed by doc...all set..never saw it again since last 10 years..
