I am not against chosing Patel vunkl... in the context of discussion, historically TDP and Congress were against each other.. and same goes with BJP and Congress. We should welcome BJP honoring a legitimate leader, even when belonging to an opposition party. Its for a good reason (even if BJP has some selfish political motives), and in a few years or to the next generation, it will be a benefit gained, even if it was selfish reasons. As long as BJP/MIM are working for their local constituents together, it should be appreciated, rather than make a mockery of it. About BJP/TDP and alliance for four years, and what changed. nenu annadhi.. why is alliance a problem ani.. not this particular alliance. as you can see, the first post has a list of alliances.. why are alliances such a problem in a democracy? i think the core idea of democracy is working through problems even when you agree disaree on core principles. I am a supporter of regional parties at state level.. i strongly feel that each state should have strong regional parties for indian state to retain their local societies for longer times. when it comes to regional parties,they will have to rely on alliances at the center. I am not hurt, I am just not sure where the problem is, and why this particular alliance is a problem. It is clear that BJP and TDP are having problems to form an alliance - and I guessed TDP has no other choice other than to side with the other party at the center, if they have any chance to further their agenda.
