i used to take himalaya ashwaganda tablets..adi 2 dabbas..(120 tablets anukunta) yedo muscle building ki panikisthodadi ani chadivithe( counter opinions vunnayi anuko but still try chesaa.)..naakemi naaku kaavalsina effect kanipiyyaledu.. if you never used it give it a try..




I tried one which was in paste form(lehyam) mix of palm jaggery and all.. kaan chala continuous ga vadaledu.. miru cheppina tabs vaadi chustha.

Almond milk+ banana + blue berry + one scoop protein


My suggestion is you don't need extra protein when you don't go huge weight lifting
Just have many meals in 24 hrs with many times fish or chicken or egg whites
And good leafy vegetables
Good carbs like brown rice or sweet potato
Healthy fats like almonds avocado etc

6 black Berries
10 green candy grapes
6 Blue berries
2 strawberries
1 tsp of Ashwagandha
4 Ice Cubes
100 ml water

I don't know what Ashwagandha is but I'm keeping most of your stuff in. Sugar is there in the fruits and the protein powder. So malli add cheyodhu.

Atleast 30g anna undali ga. More over, Protein kante Fat add avutadhi Nuts tho.

So consider Nuts a healthy source of Fat rather than protein.

Protein takkuva, sugar yekkuva... zimbly 600 cals ayyiddi 12 oz shake.

replace all of that with 1 apple and some celery sticks. 500 cals taggitaayi.
