Approved for senior qa automation eng... education elevator is not eligible to evaluate this and we are not consedering the evaluation ani first denial... second denial lo..evaluation is light weighted annadu... in both cases took the evaluation from 2 different professors.. 3rd time took evaluations(education/experience/position) from industry professional..attorney first time eligible kadu ani cheppina professor evaluate cheyyadaniki eligible ani university nundi letter teppinchindi,also from my side she took another evaluation... someone you know personally and top position lo unnavalla daggara temmani koorchundi..so took the evaluation along with his cv,linkdn profile... - yes 3 yrs | ||

Exp : 12 years Edu: bachelor's (Electronics / 3 yrs) , APTECH 2 yr higher diploma, some certifications) Then start the muzic... level - 3(15-1132) .. design : Automation QA rfe - speciality occupation and education match old employer h1 revoked... new employer's attroney rfe response last date mundu(3months) ki respond ayyadu in premium 2 weeks lo denial...reason : Education not match with speciality occupation back to india within 1 week along with kids(they are dependent on me)... within 2 weeks they got h4 stamped on spouse's h1 and came back.. started working from india for new client with a vendor. new client applied h1 again in consular process with Murthy law firm.. level - 4 (15-1121) ikkade twist 1st rfe : all passport pages copies 2nd rfe : Education match result : denied... got h4 stamp on spouse's h1 and landed...stopped working... applied lead role in old client... after interview process, got the offer, attorney filed for h1... level - 3(15-1199) RFE : specialty occupation Result : approved.. | ||
