Tips to young folks.... 1) Register in code competition websites(hackerrank, codechef euler etc) 2) Programming is not a job it is a way of thinking..adopt it.... 3) Try to solve problems rather than following dikats of architects, make every day count in your job... 4) compete , compare and take corrective action..... 5) Money is energy ...have as much as you can but dont show your greediness just accumulate be greedy in work .... His status update in scrum call would be like - " I got Mr.X on point with Task A, Mr.Y on point with task B etc.. my suggestions to stay relevant in ur job: Make sure u stick to a company once u cross 40-45... u should have been already having 3-5yrs working exp in that company by the time u reach 45... eyes kattesina ganuga edhu(ox) laga nee pani nuvvu cheskokunda...just look beyond ur work..take initiatives...start mentoring Uth in ur team...be a leader... attain lot of biz functional knowledge which is no way a new comer can think of.
