I disagree with this assessment. Here is my reasons Mainly the quota allotted to family based immigration is small. These numbers are revised at Every census. The immigration growth will never supersede domestic growth. The imbalance sometimes occurs due to changing social conditions. In last 20 years, there is reduction in marriage and bearing kids within âwhite Americansâ. There was an article posted couple of months back and some thing along that lines.
