Water antey we get bisleri Water for 60 per 20 litre bottle for drinking and aquaguard for cooking.Last 2 years lo we never ran out of water..Somehow or other taps always had running water. I kind of agree with you Ruj. I know I have been shouting from the rooftops about pollution, adulteration problems in India and how these issues affect each and every citizen regardless of their social strata. However, I guess I am myopic. I live in a slightly upper middle class community in Gachibowli area of Hyderabad. Pollution is a big problem where I live. There is a concrete mixing plant right next to the complex. The result is a fine cement dust. It is really causing a lot of health issues and yes, potentially can lower the life expectancy by decades if we continue to live there. Having said that, other areas probably do not have any such pollution/adulteration problems. Point is: Even if you have money, you may not be guaranteed a healthy lifestyle in India. (Of course, meeru cheppina, dabbulunnollu ante kotlu sampaadinchevaallanukunta. We don't belong to that category.) | ||
