I don't know the exact stats but I have a perspective. prior to 2008 crisis, due to easy mortgages ownership was on rise. So the rental properties saw a decline. After the crash and several foreclosures, there is rise rental rates and properties. Solid number backed this claim in 2012 and 2013 when I was looking at real estate market. The rental price increase has demand component more than inflationary rise.. | ||
