Macho megastar I tried treadmill Elliptical etc Unless until I spend 15 mins or so u feel intense And u have to increase speed gradually reached to 8 or 9 speed Where as tho air bike gives instant kick Starting itself fedel hard while keeping core tight And the more u put pressure while fedeling it the more hard Just one or 2 mins itself ur core and thigh muscles start paining And after 2 mins interval without taking rest start do others And do this min 5 sets non stop Sweating and heart best goes rapidly Belly fat burns rapidly too 2min air bike with Max intense 30 secs to 1 minute push ups count min 30 2min air bike 30 seconds to 1 minute burpee count 10 2min air bike 30 seconds to one minute pull ups Then one set is over Like how u do 5 sets Just 15 to 20 mins cardio and muscle building So 20 mins kooda time ledu I am family man ante Etta seppu Driving is my PASSION.
