I also stopped doing exercises for hours to hours

Now a days max one hour per day adi 20 mins mon stop
Malla few hours regular day to day work again 20 mins non stop
Work atta de side sesaa fat burning ki :D

Body injury ante picchi pichhoga cheste I agree
But paddathi ga cheste it's very much doable
Even at the age of 40+ :-)

i take oral medication but i need to exercise regualrly which i dont do

my diet is in control but stress is high

Always use boil or raw veggys
Grilled chicken or fish
Don't eat anything
No carbonated drinks
And no alcohol.

Only way is go proper diet
Eat 5 to 6 meals but no oil and low sodium diet
Always use boil or raw veggys
Grilled chicken or fish
Don't eat anything
No carbonated drinks
And no alcohol.

And start doing exercises.

U may cheat others but don't ever cheat urself :-)

It's costly but very very very effective
$1100 but u can use that for a decade +
Totally worth. 5 mins full intense ante too difficult
It's really helping me a lot

Just 2 min interval full intense tho biking seyu
Immediately do push-ups 30 or pull ups 10 or burpees 10
Do this minimum 5 sets every day

Trust me U will see awesome results in a month

Unless until I spend 15 mins or so u feel intense
And u have to increase speed gradually reached to 8 or 9 speed


Where as tho air bike gives instant kick
Starting itself fedel hard while keeping core tight
And the more u put pressure while fedeling it the more hard

Just one or 2 mins itself ur core and thigh muscles start paining
And after 2 mins interval without taking rest start do others
And do this min 5 sets non stop
Sweating and heart best goes rapidly
Belly fat burns rapidly too :-)

2min air bike with Max intense
30 secs to 1 minute push ups count min 30
2min air bike
30 seconds to 1 minute burpee count 10
2min air bike
30 seconds to one minute pull ups

Then one set is over
Like how u do 5 sets

Just 15 to 20 mins cardio and muscle building :-)

yeah 7hrs try seyyochhu .. but i have to tell this is a good point dont know why doctors never bring this up.. they might ask how is your sleep but not duration

check the weight , and belly fat .. pre diabetes is very managable with 30 min exercise each day and eating good diet , rest all will set by doing these
