Don't bring HIMAYAT NAGAR, CHIKKADPALLY, GANDHI NAGAR, BAGH AMBERPET, TARNAKA, AS RAO NAGAR, RAMANTHAPUR etc and discuss...there is a difference! Above said places and many places in DSNR area rates were never abnormal or unhealthy...so they tend to sustain or will may at max drop some 5%....

Ochhina godavalla ee so called places close to HITEC City...like MIYAPUR, KUKATPALLY etc...oka stage lo too much gaa ammesaru...ilanti places lo especially APTs debbainaayi!

Inka Kutatpally, miyapur, Dilshuknagar, Vanasthalipuram, Madapur, kondapur etc grew in last decade.. ikkada common ups and downs common and nee feeling.. this was a bubble during 2006-2008... RE scams antha..

A person if he will willing to buy a house or apt first thing he will look for is source of income.. nenu 50lacs apt kontunna ante how much should i make and will i make that much money in this city ani think chestaaru.. hyderabad and buying and spending power undi inka.. its just that RE is very stable until the smoke settles..
