Last year it was around 60K per SQYRD. During CBN Oath the rate was around 1.2 Lakh per SQYRD, In July end they were saying around 1.5, Now they are saying around 70-80K per SQYRD.

Nizampet was a gram panchayat so lots of builders built unauthorised buildings and sold them away for cheap. Now without getting BRS done you can;t get a bank loan so even if you want to sell it then you have to find someone who can purchase it out rightly without a bank loan so as a seller you won't have any leg room to bargain so either do a distress sale or hold on t it hoping that the government will come out with BRS scheme some time soon.

Nizampet is known for water issues, traffic and substandard constructions so akkada chupinchi rates taggayi antaam foolish. Moti nagar lo rates takkuva & no appreciation but pakkane Srinagar colony & SR nagar??

Manikonda, nizampet are examples of how greedyness of RE developers and buyers will effect second sales. Both the area panchayithis gave away permission left and right with no proper planning.

The worst RE investment market in INDIA is HYD. 10 years is too long to get returns. Only reason you want to buy in Hyderabad is if you live there. Unbeatable, excellent gated and park-like communities. Indu city ext. One of the best locations lo 3200/sqft. Cousin bought 4 years ago for 2700. India lo unde interest rates ki aa growth unacceptable. Got burned with Nijampet investment , 2200/sqft ante Inka sale avvala. Land rates around Tenali are very speculative. We have a property in Tenali, (around 550 SQYRD) close to Lakshmi Theater. Last year it was around 60K per SQYRD. During CBN Oath the rate was around 1.2 Lakh per SQYRD, In July end they were saying around 1.5, Now they are saying around 70-80K per SQYRD. Can we say 50% drop from peak.
