Who cares? The HR know taht they have to prefer the vendor rather than recruit directly. They will prepare a report stating - we advertised on our website and Indeed - we got 250 resumes...interviewed 6 of them....found them unfit and hence took a contractor from a Professional services vendor. | ||

The vendor pays a commission to the company...and this is one reason, why the Senior exec team in all organizations in the US, Canda etc are becoming richer - and the wealth generation at the lower level is going down. Several companies do this. It is unethical. Not much anyone can do about this. Contractors do not count towards headcount. Year end, Q4 results choosukune time lo usually, full time hires taggistaru. Namesake postings. Even H1B job applications have the same issue.
