Correct bro. Shankar is nowhere near Rajamouli. Shankar is a very overrated director. In fact Rajamouli has shown a greater diversity in scripts from Simhadri to Chatrapathi to Magadheera to Eega and Bahubali. Shankar gadu eppudu adhe arava sollu - corruption, politicians anukunta. I was seeing the trailer of Bahubali 1 yesterday, almost 3.5 years tharavatha kooda, even though we have seen the movie dozens of times,the trailer was utterly captivating to watch. This proves that, if made properly, southern movies have more reach throughout the country than the northern movies. There are a lot of barriers that movies have to cut like language, region etc. Whatever you may say Bahubali is a telugu movie dubbed/tweaked for other regions and so is 2.0 Rakjumar Hirali and Bansali, though make great movies - their movies apparently dont reach to the whole country (especially the south). They are mostly watched in metros in the south or by northies settled in the south. I think Bahubali broke the barrier. May be 2.0 to some extent. | ||

alaa emi ledu..bb1 and bb2 proved wrong that people watch telugu movies made in tamil language and RRR is being made even in tamil just like bb movie( infact telugu lo tamil dubbed bits pettaru but not in tamil..there was no lip sync in couple of scenes in telugu) RRR is not simple movie it is touted as very high budget movie ... atleast half of bb series avvali budget remuneration lekka veshthene ..
