Yes,when my elder kid was in 5th grade,one day someone from child services came to their class and lectured about their 'rights' child abuse law She also have them a toll free number to call and report (and she said to keep it secret and not tell to parents..jokingly) My my kid once jokingly said he will report to child services if we do any 'extra' I gave him my phone said,please go ahead.The max we will be in jail for 1 month and will come out .But you will be put with a foster parent.May be chink or blck family in a ghetto neighborhood be sharing bed and food with dozen other kids.
