that's what the repubs are saying. if you don't take their word on face value, consider this. currently there is no law made by lawmakers except ruling by scotus. to prevent abortions, they have to make a law which require 60 senate votes. there is no way they could get 60 votes in senate. net neutrality & abortion are same?  . net neutrality was introduced recently by obama admin to protect some companies like amazon, netflix (dem supporting) over the cable companies (rep supporting). it is a political ploy. it a new regulation imposed where government has no business monitoring & playing. | ||

there is no end game. he waa qualified as SC judge like others currently on the bench. before the allegations came, one of dem appointed judge (kegan or somebody else) openly supported him. we dont want his nomination derailed becaus eof uncorroborated sexual accusation. it is a dangerous trend. anybody can accuse anybody of anything. regarding roe vs wade, i dont think it will be overturned. even if it overturns, states will have the power. its better to leave for the states to decide. why you want to enforce your opinion on the entire country. if people want abortion, they will go to nearby liberal state. it could be a big deal in 60,70s now with all facilities, it is not even worth the fight. | ||
