yep .. you have to use chest straps for getting ur heart rate.. chest straps are inconvenient though but its very accurate unlike fitbits and apple watches(which use optical heart tracker)

chest straps are inexpensive too.. the more accurate ur heart rate is the more accurate is your calorific burn..hence its easy to plan our calorific intake..

generally fitbit and apple watches 15 to 20% ekkuva calories chupisthaayi because of faulty heart rates..

Oil are oils. they are bad. NAturally you get oil from food.

Just think of 100 year back scenario. How did they live. as long as you are not eating processed food, you should be fine.
