As i said first 2 sets was ok

Last one only not as good as first two

But i have confident and my body recovers

As my body said enough and i might have stopped

But having trainer beside he sets goals

I know what you mean
First set was awesome I did exceptionally well I. E I used more my legs than upper body
After seeing my first set trainer got confident we are going to do two more sets
Then I started feeling uncomfortable I told same
But my trainer did not listened more over he said now to go to next level
You have to push yourself

Then second set also I did well I am almost ran out of energy I literally shouted
And lyed on floor to stretch my back legs are shivering like hell
I cannot even stand on my own legs

Again third set started failed two times unable to finish 6 in one shot
This time I took more rest

At last I am able to finish 3rd set but doing this time I used my upper body
So I feel sourness in my back but manageable now
Only issue is now long day until night 10 I have to do office work :-(

This is where I am lacking or delaying my dream
Not enough time to take rest
I have session tomorrow again :-)
