i think its a naive way to look at it. every social change happens with alot of disturbance. Just because there is disturbance at a certain point, does not mean things are getting worse. We will only understand how much this country changed in the last 3 decades, when look at things as a whole. I am not contending whether Obama was a success or failure in this regarding, merely making a point that, police brutality against blacks is not a new issue in this country, and if you talk to blacks you will understand that there is more awareness today about this issue than it ever was.
