Should be. Metal detectors are cheap. And one time cost. One entrance to get in.. which where you need metal detectors. One security guard (could cost a little more if there aren't any security guys at the school to begin with). | ||

Speaking from my experience... Ma kids school ki yearly 50K raise chestaru. Some new equipment or play area for kids target chestaru. Unless the schools are in financially backward areas, I think it can be implemented. | ||
