Upgrade to SSD... if you are already on it... reinstall....f you already did it, secure erase & reinstall..if still did not work change SSD Perfectly or atleast well working windows is never slow, as you mentioned, unless you are using a HDD, with very low write & read speeds, 5400 rpm.... because, 5400 rpm is bottle neck to present day internet speeds... open task manager & monitor performance stats... | ||

Every time it restarts 30-40 min gets wasted due to hanging and lagging in total ... Like now I tried to open chrome...it took 3 min to process to complete and start. If we include all of it like lagging of main screen , each important software etc etc I noted the time min of 30 min is getting wasted overall. How to reduce this overhaul time. missiles love.
