But for me its working out

I purchased weight vest that can hold 40 lbs

Started wearing even while going to office
Ofcourse inside T shirt.

So as long as i sit infront of computer
I keep my spint straight and carry extra
40 lbs

While getting up i dont use my hands
I just use my abs and hips
Its also usefult while doing exercises like
Pushups pull ups burppes lounges so many exercises

Its working out well.

These all are simple max $100
But veru effective
Driving is my PASSION.

I play cricket in same way how to bowl and experimenting on relasing the ball with diff grips... and batting also we play every Saturday morning for 4 hours.

If main work in the day is causing you stress.....

get into some sport.....also a sport which you have learn from start aithey inka better.....as you will be finding out new ways to improve the game and there by completely detaching us from the usual work....

unfortunately....as we cannot run away from main responsibilities.....main work also needs its focus.....

Team or partners untey.....raquet sports fine.....as its instant....win at hands for each point which totally pushes us to focus there and then....on the game....


5-6 years back.....oka two buckets tennis balls theesukuni.....just to gain spin on service practise chesa......work wise....piccha stress unnappudu......it worked for me.....

I would suggest you to write down what causes you stress and anxiety and work on it.

Daily exercise and setting a weekly/monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly goals and working out to achieve them would give you immense satisfaction.

Start with a simple activity like 30mins jog/run daily.

Long term solution is mediation and yoga.. it takes years together to control ur brain... 2 days try chesi not working ante etla.. ade best solution.. nen try cheyyale but from what I read yes it takes years to control ur mind..

Sare alternative endi ante question ur self.. what is the cause of stress n anxiety.. what is making u so anxious?? Reason endi... Get to the bottom of it and solve it.. naaku idi chaala use ayithadi.. when ever I feel stressed out I sit down and think what exactly is the cause and then work on them..

Universal rule - Dnt worry abt things u cannot control.. adi chaala pedda reason for anxiety problems..
