i live in no desi neighborhood, except me 18 homes, no desi no IT folks awesome neighbors, nobody is nosy or trouble they all get along well and take care of others we lived in typical desi neigborhood before, too many politics most of our topics here are, games, movies, drinks and kids activities desi : real estate, gossip and poltiics all kids walk to each other house with no tension, we dont borrow anything since most of the grocery stores are closeby security : we have cameras installed on the street for all houses and all houses have individual systems .those who are serious about their watches display them prominently, those who are more concerned with style and branding present you with aircraft carriers and hide their watches. | ||

Guru --------------------------------- babai i moved from a condo to town house 7 years ago i would say that's the best decision i took unlike you guys in US, i never lived in an area where there was lot of desi crowd, and appatiki kids kuda leru, so i didn't face all the issues you guys were worried about kid puttina 1 year ki i moved to a town house very good neighborhood as far as living and schooling is concerned my auto insurance went up from $250 per month from $470 per month still at the same place, annitiki prime location freeway is 2 kms away, i avoid city traffic unlike my other friends only inconvenience is no desi restaurants around I would say go for a individual home, at least you are not wasting your rent, you are building your equity | ||
