I am also following Keto from around 3 weeks .. so far baane undi . Oka 13 lbs tagginattu unna

During side effects anni chadive start chesa ..edo 1-2 intial ga tappa peddaga emi kanipinchala taruvatha

2nd week lo not much weight loss ..3rd lo malli good

But i am having hard liquor appudappudu (which is any way keto frndly) ..idi kuda manesthe chiraaku vachi asalake manestha emo ani :D

UPPu babai. I have different meaning of diet. Diet does not mean of cutting down on carbs.

Carbs are very important for your body for daily diet. You are making your body to go to keto mode which happens when you go on hunger strike etc. even in huger strike, people stop feeling hunger after couple of days.

It would have an adverse effect on body cycle.

I am trying to educate. there is another way to do in healthy way. I am worried that even people under 50 or 40 years old is adapting such a diet. they can get on to road run, go to gym, play games . hell lot of healthy options are available.

this is just another meaning of laziness.

Miru success kavalane kada problem. Naku telisindi 1 lb a week healthy weight loss.

I know only one way of reducing weight. That is healthy way. I also lost 20lb of weight 6 to 7 years back with exercise and lifestyle changes. Still going strong after 8 years. That is proven and every doctor or scientific suggest that.

Everything else is a crap.

2nd week to 3rd week madhyaloo pretty tough I lost 2 pounds only.. 3rd week madhyalo raagane mullu girruna thirigindi... eeroju ki lost almost 20 pounds.. I can feel the diffeence in my body and face.. inka 30 to go in 2 months..

Try to eat spinach/brocolli as much as you can.
Drink water as much as you can with lime( no salt)

I rarely use onion/Tomato so most of my meals none. It is working for me 2 kgs thaga..




2 multi vitamins only for the one who does only liquid diet (means who is obese)..others can have only 1 mv tablet...broccoli I ate a lot and I used to drink more water even before I knew about vrk diet...lemons only in water no salt...I am a strict follower, no cheating at all :D

lost 7 kgs in 2 weeks...

spoke 2 Baabai in London, who is also a Doctor..

he has advised me to go n do all the necessary tests as everyone's body would behave differently to sudden weight loss..

Got everything tested...everything is alright...nothing 2 worry...

Now, eating only 1 meal a day, second meal is just one roti with lots of curry..n following all the good stuff from VRK diet...

may be in another month or so, my bmi will be 23-24
