Also, the system is forcing the individuals with fake experience.. there are no more entry level , its all positions , all are 5-8 yrs experience jobs. I sympathize with MS guys. What I hate is, guys are not able to substantiate or justify, some guys are just plain effing bad, no commitment to improve and grow. You got stuff all over google, stackflow, YouTube and blogs, its not that hard to learn and improve. Why can’t these guys spend some time over weekend to work improve? i recently hired a guy after interview.. The person showed up is different than the one that i interviewed.. poni le.. work chestaadu anukuntey... he doesn't even know anything.. i don't understand what people want to do.. get money without doing any work?
