anyways my workout regime is this

LOWER : Back Squats(5*5), Forward Lunge(3*12), Zercher Squats(3*8-10), Leg Extension/Curl( 3*12 -- Super Set), Hex Deadlift(3*8), Back Extension (3*12), Supermans(3*12), Hanging Leg Raises(3*20)

UPPER: Incline BP(4*6), Bent Over Rows(3*8-10), Decline BP(4*6) , Pull Ups(3*12), Klokov Press(3*12), Face Pull(3*12)

HIIT DAY( USUALLY LADDER DRILLS) FOLLOWED BY KETTLE BELL CARDIO usually not more than 30 minutes

LEGS : Overhead Squat( 3*10), Back Reverse Lunges(3*12), Front Squats(4*8),
Leg Extension/Curl( 3*12 -- Super Set), Leg Press ( 4*8), Deadlift( 2*5)

PUSH : Bench Press(5*5), Overhead Press( 3*8), Lateral Raise, Bench Flyes, Weighted Dips, Close Grip Bench Press, Skull Crushers( all 3*12), Barbell Roll Out(3*15)

Sunday (evening): after 36 hours break. (Squat & Biceps, Triceps)

Tues,Wed,Thur: 800 calories HIT Cardio at home.

I have huge difference in my numbers esp triglycories and hdl. after hitting. "boot camp" kind of Gym.
A group trainer always trains you. Only problem is timing ..only specific odd timings.
Since I am traveling now . I have taken a break for few months. I will hit it again , after I am back to my normal life.

Regular Gym ki vedette except treadmill emi cheyanu .... can't motivate myself like seinfield.

yes.. so since I don't really care / count the protein intake during regular diet.. what I try to do religiously is to drink protein (a scoop or two) before/after workout.. working so far..

ZMA antava..s amethig.. ivanni food lonchi vasthayi, but you need to eat tons of those food to get one capsule worth..antha avasarama ante i dont know.. people ivanni teesukokundane results vachina vallu unnaru..

antha enduku? think of it this way.. ivanni lekunda olddd days lo janalu fit and lean gaa lera?

Austin kada... Try Camp gladiator. Boot camp. Outdoors. Most locations have a class near by. Any fitness level ki good starting point in my view.
Orange fitness is another option.

initially thought of home gym.. then bought some dumbbells.. good elliptical.. push up handles etc. but after I discovered gyms which are open late.. no time/kid hassles.. go when I get free in the evening.. otherwise use stuff at home.. ninna went to gym at 9pm and came at 10

me complete reverse...prefer solo most of the time


so ask yourself
do you have or dont have time to go to a fitness facility
can you be a basement warrior...treadmill or other exercises solo gaa cheyya galara?
dont think ...tv, music untay easy...after few days avi bore

workout is to break your muscle fibers.. food is what controls your body... entha workout chesina bad diet unte results ravu..so focus more on diet..

Kris ledu love da ledu..there are manyyyyyyy workout programs, everything will work for sometime.. selecting a program should be based on how functional the movements/excercises are and how injury free the program is designed..

buy local raw honey - eat one teaspoon each morning ...you are sustaining local bees, farms and same time getting some form of local pollen into your body to build up against allergies

use synthetic engine oil , if you car is more than 5 yrs old else use good to top quality oil

it's not that easy to bulk up
your diet needs to change and also body(hormones, gut and other internal systems) need to co-operate
keep lifting ...add increments to current load ...dont just stop coz now we can see rakshakudu veins...functional strength goes a long way as we age
when you hit a wall ( plateau in terms of gains graph)...de-load for a week and start over

and dont forget
ACV plus honey plus oil ...triple X ...noting beats it

alternate days - light weights (example: dumbells 35lb each bench press, shoulder press etc)
monna oka roju 75 push ups (sets of 15 each).. flat, inclined, declined modes lo chesan
last year could not do plank more than 20-30 sec.. now hitting 90 secs
2017 was my fittest year.. hoping to continue the same

hotwater kills all the good qualities of Honey, that is why its better un-pasteurised, pasteurisation means heating, heating takes away all the good qualities of honey,

never heat honey or mix it with hot water or buy pasteurised honey, get un pasteurised honey only

Recently because of too many activities, could not go to the gym during weekdays. Starting Full body workout in the weekend. Planned weights only on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Every day two body parts.

Friday:
Back and Shoulder
Abs,
800 calories HIT Cardio

Saturday: Chest(It take whole day)
500 calories HIT Cardio

Sunday (evening): after 36 hours break. (Squat & Biceps, Triceps)
800 calories HIT Cardio.

Monday Rest:

Tues,Wed,Thur: 800 calories HIT Cardio at home.


Too good results. It would be a good plan for all busy scheduled people.
