No tiles... if they r on slab they get very cold... plus homes loses value bcoz of tiles...

Any time solid hardwood floors elegant, you can resurface them after several years, in case of engineering wood, you need to replace entirely

ee madhya konni tile floors ostunnai they look like hardwood and little to no grout spacing. check out homedepot and local flooring stores.

go for tile in kitchen, breakfast area, bathrooms and laminate flooring else where. Sams club has one of the bet laminates The thickest 14mm thickness, select surfaces is good, get that and install it with some local guy...lekunte go with lowes/ hd...they running a promo on installation anukunta.

Depend on which tiles
Some tiles the grout line can be very small and also you have grout selents which reduce cleaning
