Try this for gradual and healthy weight loss :

# 1 : Braggs Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (2 tsp) + 8-10oz water + Ceylon Cinnamon powder (1 tsp) + UnPasteurized Raw Honey - Mix this and use a straw to drink

3 egg white thine badulu oka whole egg thinandi...things u listen about yolk is bullshit... protein synthesize avvali ante saturated fat compulsory..thats what yolk does..it is greatest complete food...pleas eat whole egg .. instead of those 3egg whites..

Ledandi discourage cheyatam ledu.. once in a while better to do do detox, but 10days is a lot.. 2-3 days should be fine and include workout .

Meeru cheppinattu normal weight e ante 2 days should be more than enough nannu adigithe meeke difference thelisi pothundi.

Na experience meetho share chesukunnanu.. may be migitha vallaki work ayi vundochu ila 10 days chesi malli normal food habits ki ragane weight alage mantain avvatam.. but na body ki saripoledu.. fast ga weight gain chesa..

na regular diet plan cheppali ante everyday:

1. morning legagane oka half ltr water thagatam brushing ayyaka.
2. Having breakfast before 8.. cereal and milk ( fiber one original cereal ( this is the only cereal cereal which has 0% sugar with unsweetened almond milk)
3. around 10:30 to 11 eggs whites ( 3)
4. Lunch 2 roties or some brown rice with lot of curry around 1 - 1:30.
5. around 2:30 ki ala office bayata oka 15-30mins walk
6. around 3:30 ki one apple or handful or almonds or walnuts time ki edi vunte adi then green tea.
7. intiki voche sariki night 7 avutundi ,weather baugnte cycling ki veltha oka half an hour or walk or run for some time on treadmill and 8-8:30 ki dinner again 2 roties or brown rice with curry and some fruits like oranges or water melon or blue berries...

8 Entire day targeting to drink 3ltrs of water.

Every friday night biryani khummatame thappa kunda..

height 5.6, wight used to be 178-180lbs last year, started this plan of having food regular intervals and now maintaining weight around 150-152lbs, 178 vunnappudu boarder level sugar vundi ani chepparu.. so idi follow avvaka thappatam ledu..

adi andi na regular thindi...

Good luck with your weight loss... but careful ga vundandi.. meeru emi cheyaka poyina just water thaguthu one day vunna kuda you will loose 2-3lbs... first couple of days weight loss vochi body lo vunna water retention pothundi... so antha weight loss kanapaduthundi..

one more tip eat in regular intervals.. couple of hours ki oka sari edo okati thinandi..

Try to walk/run some distance daily if you are not actively working out...

These detox methods are no designed for our bodies.
I don't encourage.
Weight loss is long term process.
Follow simple process cut food portions, cut added sugars. Do moderate excercise.

Morning levaganey -

Fiber Powder mixed water
Blended Shake of - Nuts, Strawberries(one or two - ikkada cheat chestunna nenu) - aa book lo recipe follow avuthunna migatha antha
Madhyalo aakali vesthey - nuts - but eyyatledhu

Lunch - Greens - Cucumber+Carrots+Grilled Veggies + bolied eggs + Salad Leaves (first time without of mayo and ranch thinatam) baaganey vunnindhi

Dinner - same to same except eggs grilled chicken added (mokham motthesindhi, but thinakapothey godava aipoddhi ani thinesaa)

Second day kocchey sariki morning shake ok kani, lunch naa valla kaledhu, 1:00 kalla avaravurmaney kadupu, Krungi krusinchi poyyindhi
1:45 ki ika thappadhu ani vellanu
leaves as is vodhilesan

jeevitham lo carrots intha tasty gaa vundatam intha varaku chudalehdu baboi, bhaley gunnayi aa roju :D
Carrots + Cucumber + Veggies + Chicken thini mama anipinchanu

Evening intikelli, recipe change, do it like chinese grilled style ani selavicchanu

it was OK, no issues
