Just missed.. bach gayaa.. Almost decided to book with them as they built of custom homes in our community and quality is top class... just out of this world but super expensive But already relocating and on top of that building a home ante too much head ache and time consuming ani opted out... He still has 3 or 4 lots available in our community.. not sure what will happen to those lots May be they will auction them as part of bankruptcy sale ? Will be good investment for people with cash as they might sell them for less Don't say you don't have enough time. not sure what people are thinking way we worked or the process is when you go for custom home if you decide your own builder not his lot or his home we selected the builder, you get construction loan approved bank pays the money if there is progress on the construction my builder was old american guy who didnt finish small stuff like cabinets, mud room and other stuff for 25k, you cant sue him since yours is unsecured loan i tried and lost money with attorney most of the lots or homes are secured by bank so you are second or 3rd in line .those who are serious about their watches display them prominently, those who are more concerned with style and branding present you with aircraft carriers and hide their watches. | ||
