Overall Europe & Japan ku immigration is a MUST to survive as their birth rates cann't sustain their needs and societies. Also, europe, even though they allow high immigration (due to their own needs), they don't let the immigrants to assimilate and restrict them to meanial jobs (cleaning, drivers, maids etc.). So eventually the frustation builds up in the immigrant communities after a generation and all these riots happen.
