faafi I did my part by talking to people and going thru various immig forums and collected enough info with that confidence I told my mum that get ready to come with me. She felt soo much happy. But anta waste aipoindi. neeku alaa ardam ainada...oh my NTR its other way those old age ppl got their own kids and grand kids. Though they have their own kids and grand kids I went and helped them at hospital. Then I realized how ppl behave when you are old. They inherited all money houses etc but none has time or respect or responsibility to look after old age parent. The very good and +ve one is my tirumala trip went on well. but my mum want to come and live here for few months atleast. She is very much disappointed so me too. As last time I remember its been 23 years ago or so where we together lived under one roof continuous one month or so. I felt very emotional. I felt its like paying back as a son to my mum taking care of her well atleast few months. As a matter of fact I dont think she will get visa but still I try by talking to attorney. If I tell her that its not going to happen any time soon then dont know how she is going to feel. Very tough situation. She keep on saying I would want to come for visit and wann be in your home for few months atleast. Dont know how to handle this situation. This trip is just dedicated to my mum as I decided to bring my mum here on visitor visa. Unfortunately her visa got rejected  she cried a lot and I felt very bad. though I submitted all necessary documents They rejected her visa based on 214(b). i.e. there is no strong reason that says she will go back to india. As no assets on her name back in india. I thought they will give visa as she is almost 80 years old. I feel what will she do here by living more than 6 months. But they rejected her visa on top of it they said please do apply again by showing some change.
