Saughmraat:

Morning session: 5 circuits (low/medium weights with high reps)

Each circuit consists of...

1. 8 floors stair climbing
2. Reverse flies for rear delts
3. Kroc rows (left hand)
4. Bench dips (focus on lower chest)
5. Pec deck Flies (with hands at chest level)
6. Benchpress (inclined)
7. Standing low cable rows(pronated grip)
8. Kroc rows (right hand)
9. Bench dips (focus on delts )
10. Pec deck Flies (with hands at traps level)
11. Benchpress (declined)
12. Standing low cable rows(supinated grip)
13. Reverse lunges
14. Seated Machine rows
15. Squats
16. Lat pull downs
17. W raise (for rotator cuffs)
18. dumbell curls and Arnold press (in a single rep)



Evening session : 5 circuits (high weights with medium reps)
Each circuit consists of....
1. Left krocs
2. Lower chest bench dips
3. Behind neck pullups/chinups
4. Pushups
5. Pullups/chinups
6. Right krocs
7. Delts bench dips
8. Squats
9. Straight legged deadlifts and shrugs (in a single rep)
10. Triceps extension


After these 5 circuits... Climb up and down the building (8 floors) for 5 times

My strategy : discard the food restrictions and work 5 times more (5x20% = 100%)

How about we discuss about our daily meals and their macros? Also workout plans for the day. Just for accountability and to keep motivated. Experts like HD, sien and Guru blessings tho we can achieve our fitness goals ani. Basically we can discuss everything about fitness..different kinds of workouts and their use. Please let me know your thoughts on this.
