Never go for short term plans.. you gain back when you eat normally..




ejjactly.. Don't go for short term.. Treadmill ekkandi and lagettandi.. It takes time but once it become habit that is the best option.. nenu extra junk aapi parigetti thagganu... Naa food intake 5 days lo 1800-2000 calories undettu choosukunna by simple math.. 2 days my wish and aa thinna extra ki ink0 20 mins egastraa running aa 2 days.. but def gaa thagguthaaru..

weight lifting will reduce ur weight than cardio. cardio kuda weight tagochu but weight lifting ki double advantage ur muscels to maintain mass will consume lot of carbs.




agree kaani andharu wt lifting cheyaleru kadha due to bone/joints/muscle issues , cardio anedhi for more generic case

since begining my trainer suggesting me following

since last week onwards my trainer asked me to follow this diet very strictly for a week or two

just eat green leafy veggies as much as I want
drink 2 gallons of water
eat either grilled fish or chicken

No brown rice no quinoa no breads etc

I started from monday yesterday itself I see reaction
i got vomited while driving back to my home my car became very bad
today my body seems to be started listening new diet

so I peformed well in training session. 3 records I broke :D

do not go daily and make gym burden.. go 3 days week.. that too in free time.
have treadmill, boxxing bag at home.. every time you get bored.. go down, keep your favorite movie, song.. hit boxing bag.. run for 5 miles.. you are all set.

say u would need 1600 calories based on your metabolism, if u execercise and eat 2000 calories, whatever u eat first gos to ur muscle maintaining, migilindi nee body metabolism ki, saripopote fat ni burn chestadi ani logic. no conusion.

if u eat 3000 calories where the heck would the additional calories go, they get converted to muscel or fat antaku minchi emi avadu.

Nee baadha enti.........em kaavali neeku, entha mandhi meeru, nee demands enti ikkada petti.

Evado ardha raathri legisi thotakoora thinte 10 kgs taggaadu antaa....chesesthaava......

Diet best you follow a nutrition. Nee Body ni Saasthriyaa adhyayam chesi chepthaaru....adhi follow avvu.

Following someone else diet or recommendation i dont think so will help.

cardio or weight lifting does not work after certain period.. becoz your body remember the efforts and comfort itself.

you have to confuse body. You need to every go extra mile. But after some day you hit the wall.. then what to do?

confuse body.. use HIT program.. even that would hit wall.. then give break.. eat like pig for couple of weeks.. let body forget your comfort zone..

then hit the gym again.. follow same cycle.. confuse your body..

today you run 2 miles with lots of efforts by burning 300 calories.. but after 2 weeks.. 2 miles would becoz easy pizy.. so body wont burn 300 calories..

so better learn how to exercise.. try to do body weight exercises.. pull ups.. push ups.. squats.. dead lifts..

play games, basket ball, volley ball, tennis.. runn.. climb.. jump..

again rest.. eat like pig.. start from begining again.

after couple of cycle.. you will look like ripped..

other wise you look like OM.. exercise for 2 years.. still you have to hold your breath in photos

try to build muscle which would burn more fat even you eat normally..

try to get habit of running. It would keep you under healthy weight.

you need low carb diet when you are overweight. Personally i do not suggest.

You need to have carbs and fat to some extent to make your body function normally.

I followed low carb diet for 6 months twice a week. it is called carb cycle. When you weight lift and exercise you eat more. when you rest you go for low carb.

you need to understand your body and you routine to follow this. Also your physical and health status impact alot.
