Only flights are good, but the service is third rate Movies: Sound and movie experience in India is lot better than movieplexes here. factor the crowds and it's not even close health: I went to a cheap (relatively) gym in Guntur. Pretty sure, there are better gyms everywhere, maybe you weren't interested then forgetting gym argument, health checkups, cost are not even in the same ballpark in US as you can get in India. Quality of life to me is to switch off the work at 5 and stop worrying about it and live with family , eat, joke , watch a show and sleep .. Don't worry about petty things like what if no water , no current, no bug bites , no gas , don't pay to cop for forgetting the helmet or deal with corruption on daily basis .. depends on what you want in life. I am not an American, and i doubt if i will ever feel like an american. to me, it is still a strange place. This is a great country, but it never felt like home. Standard of living antara.. i agree on pollution part, but the rest we are just picking one poison over the other. dont even talk about carcinogens in regular foods in the US. finally to me, that it does not matter if its -1 out of 10, as long as there is freedom of thought and reasonable stability in political environment, no need to feel like a refugee who is gotta move out.
