if u are not getting proper sleep 8-sleep hours = x hours under stress

i didn't heard any cm or pm or top level politician died becuase of heart attack. they may have under control of medical team.

it is good sign that even you are doing stressful job should check health regularly

Especially food intake irrespective of how much u do exercise.

It's like one drop of poison intake no difference though u got good living style
I.e. if u eating doing well.

Exception is fate if fate is bad whatever u do does not matter :-(

last week 2 of my friends died..one had BP..he took it lite went to a party slept next day bp attack tho stroke and died..other guy had heart attack..

Anyway - if you guys have accesss to sauna - especially dry Sauna i suggest using few days a week. it detoxes the body quite well and there is ample cardiovascular benefit.

Cancer ki reasons cheppalemu kaani, i have seen some people putting too much stress on heart. Like too much workout cheyyatam, too much office work and less sleep.

Maintain healthy diet, and sleep well (Minimum 7 hrs - Max 8 hrs.) and workout min 1hr per day. Enough to be fit and healthy.

My col got it checked and he got bypass surgery around 40 years. his father grand father died of heart attack at early age. that triggered doctor to test his heart and now he is safe.

around that age group in my state I have 4/5 cases :-(:-(:-(

though.. this is out of syllabus for this thread... just a word of caution.. Biryani's avoid cheyandayya and restaurant food also.. once in a week is fine... but 2 to 3 days a week definitely harmful in long run... and finally, totally avoid desi buffet's... once you are 35.. start working out regularly 3 to 4 days a week..

Annual health check ups are MANDATORY... almost all the insurance companies have it for FREE... dont be overconfident and lazy to get it done...

Very sad and very scary news this morning from a colleague

His cousin family (just couple, no kids) lives in chicago. Monna sunday morning wife woke up in the morning around 8 am and tried to wake up her husband.. he didn't wake up.. she thought is is normal because he wakes up late every week in the weekend.. she went ahead with her tasks... came back again to bed room to wake him up around 10 am and he still didn't wake up despite tapping him.. then she realized and called 911... it was too late.
