The media should answer who doctored the videos. Certainly not me. So I do not know. But what I know is that, only 1 of the 7 videos have been doctored (told by the same media). So that means, the rest of the 6 are NOT doctored! Find out who doctored that 1 single video and expose him/her. But what about guys in the rest of the six? Should they not be handled by the law? And I also hope you are not so naive to think that Kanhaiah did not support the "Afzal/Maqbool" judicial killing. He defended the program on live TV in multiple channels. I wont say all, but a lot of rape allegations against the army are political in nature, as they operate in areas where some people are hostile towards them and treat them as enemies. Army has a procedure in place to investigate every allegation of rape. If found guilty, the soldiers go through a court marshal, which does not take years and years like in the civil courts. The closest I got is discussion with a Red Cross volunteer about 10 yrs back. I don't know how many watched the video but here is what he said( they played the same clip several times). I am typing this just so you get to hear exactly what he says not to challenge any opinion.. I have heard this kind of speech several times in 80's with police and tribals in context.
