Sorry my type..It is 2 times in URBAN and 4 Times in Rural for the compensation... But the bottom line is LAND POOLING for many is better than Acquistion compensation..But if some peoplee still like Acquistion then it is their fundaments right and let them go with that. But at the same time nobody can deny POOLING for farmers that are willing...Where as opposition parties want only Acquistion.. | ||

Here is how MARKET VALUE is calculated... Take "Amaravathi's land" in Navuluru as example...Not even 5%(I doubt even 1% but just making it 5%) of people will pay more than govt value while registering FARMING lands... So you can imgine how much the MARKET VALUE is going to be and then how much farmers get with Acquition at 2/4 times for Rural/Urban area??? There are few other peanuts like yearly compensation but they are also not much.. The market value of the proposed land to be acquired, shall be set as the higher of:[11] the minimum land value, if any, specified in the Indian Stamp Act, 1899[14] for the registration of sale deeds in the area, where the land is situated; OR the average of the sale price for similar type of land being acquired, ascertained from the highest fifty per cent of the sale deeds registered during the preceding three years in the nearest village or nearest vicinity of the land being acquired} | ||

Even that 9.5 lakhs also IS VERY HIGH range compared to other villages because your is Rural If they follow Guri bro they get 2 times(4 times in URBAN but yours is Rural FARMING land if I am correct ) in Rural of the that value+few more peanuts That's it....They take average of registration rates of other farming lands around you to get to the figure....So that won't also come to much.... | ||

In the same villages your are talking just last year also people got checks of 26 lakhs per acre with land Acquisition process....For some of them it was 12 lakhs and then they went court with NEW GUIDE LINES so got 26 lakhs... @guriginga Three best reasons why Amaravati is best location for capital : 1. Less wanter problem in that area conpared to other areas in AP. 2. Capital location exact ga Vijayawada and Guntur madyalo vundi. Prapancham lo planned cities chalane ayyay but most of them have become GHOST cities with very less population, less economic activity, less floating population etc., Vij-guntur vanti two big cities madyalo vundadam valla economic ga alage floating population paramga transport paramga develop avuddi.
