evaru sepparu? do you think it is that easy? U will have to go thru another 7 hrs of surgery with significant risks. One kidney is more than enough if you take care of ur health in a normal way unless there is any physical damage to the organ (like accident)

Cherry is a wannabe Rock star, who would do anything for his music carrier. Cherry is son of Rashin Rahman who is son of Prakash raj and brother of Srikanth. Rashin moves to london due to dispute about his wedding. Cherry's father will die do to health issues and as per his fathers wish cherry will come to india to meet his grand parents and family. But he learns that the family hates his dad for betraying them. So he will go there as a friend of Kajal, whom he will meet in Vizag. Kajal is PR's grand daughter. Everyone in the family likes charan except Srikanth who doesnt like cherry. Due to some land disputes PR will loose lot of his wealth and face many issues. At this time srikanths dauthers marriage gets fixed and unable to arrange enough money for the marriage. Cherry helps for the marriage financially. Kajal confronts charan where he got so much money and why he is helping. Cherry explains Kajal who he is But Raghu babu over hears this and tells srikanth. Srikanth gets to know he is his brothers son. But By the time his daughter's marriage is done uninterrupted. After marriage Srikanth will beat charan for fooling them and cheating like his father did. During this by mistake PR gets injured and will be taken to hospital. Doc's tell that he needs a kidney trasplantation done in next 24 hrs with matching donor blood group. They ll loose hopes and Surprisingly PR gets the kidney on time and recovers. shocked PR family later learns that Charan donated one of his kidney to save his grand father. PR appreciates his grandson's efforts, for not even bothering about his life and saving his life. Srikanth understands the sacrifice done by cherry and hugs him.
