too much annai ...i used to do this in 32-35 mins 4-5 mins sprint kee esukovach and me being inzamam mode...never ran even in galli sports...goal keeping, spin bowling, stand and hit type the numbers i posted were from 2 yrs back...when i built my runs over a period of 4-5 weeks |
