All those with 50K/100K cash looking to invest, this is my advice. Buy Gold now. Keep it until the market falls late this year or next year. Gold will peak that time. Sell Gold during the Market Fall and buy stocks. Next bubble will be tech bubble so the cheapest assets you will get would be Tech stocks during the crash. This involves 2-3 years time for doubling your investment.

Price depends on the location. My home is closer to Autonagar road, 2 plots away. I think 60-65K is also a lot inflated.

The cheapest you can get now is at Chalivendra palem, 1.5KM into the village form Bandar road going at 6lk/200 sq yards. Again, this was in last dec, I don;t know the prices now.
