Lack of exposure ante It is better nowadays but while working in desam , I have had Team members that could not string a few sentences of English together - even while writing , let alone speaking, did not know the difference between saying "it is better to do this" and "you better do this " - but were decent developers. Weekly mock presentations, JAM sessions petti veellaki speaking practice cheyinchanu - for 6 months - they got over the nervousness, learnt to use proper grammar and tone Also, tellollu are usually okay with language lapses for developers, cos they understand that English is not the first language - user interaction is harder but with more influx of multiracial people , everyone has become more tolerant of accents/language..for lead roles its more critical but people learn as they get exposure to the language. Communication is must.. even if you hire a guy with poor comm.. life will be difficult for him and ppl working around him. Backend dev team lo dev ga ayithe ok but constant facing to end users ante with out comm skils imposssible. even as a developer - one must have average comm skils else moving up in the chain is very difficult. | ||
