I developed reasonable tummy during 2013, as my life used to be group of projects and nothing else When every thing came under control, i started the following 1. Oil Pulling 2. B12 Sublinqual and D3 3. 50 Min Walk + Little Expercises for 15 min for flex 4. Lessened Sweets and quanities in party after 2-3 motns I amd back to Falt belly, after reducing 10 lbs Still need to go for another 20 lbs before making it to 170-175 |

Stop all ready-made drinks. Every readymade drink in a can or bottle has atleast 50 grams of sugar. Two cans a day is equal to like 3 days of workouts. So its easy to put weight and fat. DIET drinks are bullchit. They put splenda which makes the body cells more fat-retaining. So it will increase body fat and make it harder to burn. Dont use sweet-n-low type ready made sugars either. Use honey or brown sugar. |

break fast is very important. Skipping breakfast would really bring lots of issues. 1) keeping Insulin level always same is very important. Means eating small meals. 2) When you workout lot you can use cabs so eat cabs when you workout 3) When you avoid carbs eat fat 4) Protein is important. Alway eat 1.5*yourweight grams of protein if you are working out. do not watch results every day. I dont eat break fast...may be some days I eat bananas or some fruits..cereal asal istam ledu...Lunch normal gaane tintaanu....white rice tagginchaa...eating brown rice now....but i never hit the gym...too lazy...treadmill chesthe saripodda or is there any effective way to reduce fat...esp @ belly |
