not exactly...suppose india starts with 46 overs match..then they should not lose wicket in first 20 overs..winning target would 60-70(20 overs ki) depending on the number of overs india plays it needs to change strategy... if we go by weather.com weather report india should not lose wickets..theres rain after 2 PM which is the time it rained today.. so expect 35 to 40 over game..and a target of 210 or something.. England is such a sad place to play outdoor games especially like Cricket where everything hinges on the weather. In Test matches, it is still ok as you have 5 days. But it's totally ill-suited for limited Overs cricket. It has been so frustrating to watch this world cup already. And now in such a crunch match, when fans world over are tuned in, the entire momentum and fun is killed. I believe this also shall change dynamics of the match.
