yes it does impact quite a bit vunkl.. in a team sport, unless the person is amazingly talented, if you dont gel with the rest of the team its hard to stay. it is easy to say its favoritism, but ultimately team unity is what matters. rayudu, sreesanth, gambhir.. lanti vaalu they fall out of favor very quickly, when things go wrong for them, they dont get enough support easily. | ||

Rayud exclusion is reasonable but without proving himself how can 3d be selected only based on his abilities anedy question. Let him win games at least at ipl level before getting picked for national level. Rayud barring last season scored well for MI and CSK and set many games against quality attacks.
