Claritin-D (10mg) ani vuntundi Over the counter..avi konu..ee roju night okati, repu morning one, evening one, ellundi morning one vesukoo...

2 or 3 lollipops (candy with stick) konukkoo...suck on them every few mins, starting about 15 mins before u board...also, start chewing a gum before u board, and if possible continue chewing until u get off the plane...

still, pain start ayite...do a Valsalva Manuever...take a deep breath and blow against CLOSED nostrils...repeat this every few mins...

I will take follow this...thanks for the suggestion

claritin d can make you drowsy...You need to be careful while driving and doing other stuff....

gandhi bro....best cold medication (that worked for me) is robitussin..andulo strong okati untundi..adi tisko

and during flights..u can avoid ear pain by chewing gum.....if u chew gum, most of the ear pain can be avoided..

Last time oka saari ilage heavy cold tho fly chesthe, vipareethamaina ear pain vachindi...aaa pain elaa vundi ante...at one point of time...flight lo fuel aipoyi ekkadanna local airport lo dinchesthe bagundu anipinchindi...that pain was unbearable
