bhangra endhuku pettanu antey indianize cheyyataniki....he wants to listen to this foottapping number and dont divert his attention from the anticipation of his results....hospital lo sudden ga he walks to her with confidence as he realizes he has nothing to loose....then when he utters those words he gets reminded its very cliched and some woman dont like some strange men getting emotional like dat on them in 1st meet...
rest will try to answer in the coming scene....
naa aim harry met sally type oka screenplay purely based on meetings and conversartions.... |

agree..anduke anni comments ki qualifiers pettaanu..is this the char ani...
bits chadivi cheppatam lo problem idi...
monna dharkar story ki evaro chepparu...movie scripts work better when they are character based than eventbased ani..very true for lovestories like this...
meeru uhinche character has to come thru in the events you narrate ...and since I only know what you narrate - and I can tell you the impression i form from their behavior-I cannot tell whether my impression matches your vision...if you complete the story then we can go over it to validate 
for e.g bommarillu lo genelia char and jab we met lo kareena char ki premise okkate ...but kareena's char is beautifully and consistently developed putting across a naïve yet strong persona while Gen's comes across as flaky and dumb..due to inconsistent actions..

Narration is excellent , attention to detail is good , comic relief is good , emotions  okay
   Disconnects cheppali ante...
   Bhangra beat song with the did not jell with the hero's tense and worried look...change the music - not to the funereal Requiem but something more indicative of stress / emotional turmoil - heavy metal might work
   The shaadi biwi bache imagination sequence - done to death in Dhoom and Dhoom 2
    Konchem matladinchagani , Akira lechi velli pakkan a kurchovatam- I know he's drooling but gives a coming on too strong feel ... but that could just be my age talking

Rush hour....wide angle showing all the cars and then focusiing on a honda civic...a feeble sound of a bhangra song(a real foottapper) in the background......camera car dhaggariki vasthunnakoddhi sound becomes strong... Akira in the car...
Akira has a plaster on his neck....he looks a very little bit worried and confused....reaches a traffic signal and car stops.....
The music stops and the phone rings(the phone is connected to bluetooth so he can talk from the car speaker)

VOice from phone____Mama results vacchaya???lymphoma naa leukamia naa or encyclopedia???

LOL- expert opinion kosam unortho,killer ni adagandi..I will give my opinion ..
the cellphone call piece fantastic...
the intro on indecision did not work as well for me- aa dialogues lo punch ledu too prosaic - teastall ki mundu apartment scenes antlu/battaalu superfluous emo..
how about starting on the street in front of the teastall.. with the focus on a guy on a bike weaving thru traffic cos he cannot decide whether to turn left of go straight..go to the voice over - about decisions - like a wrong turn can change your life..
I loved the picturisation of indecision in godavari- where raji cannot decide on a sweet

if u want to involve the viewers more and not make it obvious....the kid should not take the cellphone and it should move to next shot...

and screenplay should bein such a way that this shot should be the climax.....
and it again appears at the end of the movie.....

General gaa movie lo okka character ni drusti pettukonni screenplay develop chestharu..character ante hero or heroine..vallu chese panulu tho screenplay develop avuthundhi...
Naa concept replace this human character with a non- living being....like a cell phone..a laptop...
lets consider a cellphone...
okka mafia leader / lottery kotinaa okka person cell phone missing...then aa cell phone goes thru different hands...series of incidents...every scene lo cell phone valle..every scene lo cell phone meedhe main focus...

Agree with Unortho on the ideas piece...Atleast do not post Ideas you would seriously want to make into movies...If you want to project your writing talent,do it with your not so 'pet' or 'original' ideas … But me concept chuste ikkada middle school lo Home Economics elective gurtu vachindi … they basically make the kids run thru some of these exercises...taking care of a baby , balancing home budgets etc
