tea and coffee enduku tagakudadu... Nenu diet lo vunnapudu every day 2-3 times black coffee taaguta with very less sugar... Coffee tagina prati sari, atleast 1 hr aakali veyakunda vuntundi and keeps me active.. Btw black coffee lo 5 calories kante ekuva vundavu.. |

Naku HD cheppina oka suthram.. oka varam la workout ayyindi. Increase strenght. Do not waste time in gym by doing pilla pitthar exercises. Next.. : Treadmill . dini mida konchem research cheste telisindi. .Sprints cheste too much results untai.. Na varaku.. first start with 5mph, next 6.5 next 7.5 , 8.5. 9.. 9 mida ooo 5 to 8 minutes.. 15 minutes lo 250calories.. daka burn.. coool down for 2 to 5 minutes and do another cycle. Ur all set within 25minutes to 30 minutes.. results too much.. Lower abs ki above cardio ooo range lo work ayyindi.. next.. food ki vaste.. Brown rice 1 cup.. after noon and evening. Chicken 2 breast pieces /day.. 1 scoop protein isolate with milk(35g) after gym... Greek yogurt. Cottage cheese .. almonds.. |
