coming to home loans...

1) interest rates are around 10-11% these days.. fixed rate of interest levu ippudu.. anni floating ee...
2) Private banks aithe ikkada evaranna frend unte valla dwara proceed avvandi.. the banks will send all the papers directly to you and sign it and send them back via courier.. maa frend okadu tried to do it via ICICI.. anni finalize ayyaka.. appt tesukune mundu marriage settle ayyindi ani appt ki back out ayyadu.. I followed up here for him for loan..
3) E loan aina ippudu prepayment charges are not there... so you can pay full amount any time after registration of the property.. before registration prepayment is not possible..

4) SBI/LIC initial paper work & till registration avi ivi chala time taking & headache.. kani once registration is done.. its very smooth and interest rates will be auto adjusted with the current rates.. private banks lo aithe initial paper work will be very less.. they will take care of everything.. kani.. rate of interests will not be brought down for existing customers if there is any decrease... so normal ga em sestaru ante.. take it in a private bank initially and once registration is done migrate to SBI/LIC...

2.how much are the rates.
3.Do i have to go to India to sign the paper work or can i do it from here
