Hyd lo last couple of years vunna scenarios valla prices chala takkuva lo vunnayi...similar range houses bangalore lo 50-60% premium lo ammuthunnaru...once T dust settels down....prices will shoot up...ryt now...ppl are not investing with full confidence...once that happens...u cannot buy anything in hyd prime areas...

OT
FD is bad option for young guys. every year rupee value is decreasing through inflation. the way to see inflation is see how the gas prices, food prices keeps growing. for the same 100rs note u are getting less goods next year so no point in FD.

on the other hand take RE, same next year people are increasing the price of RE goods so it is matching up with inflation so aa lekkalo chuste RE is always better than FD.
FD is better for older parents or retired parents not for young guys.
This real estate is for sale.

if you look property in US as a shelter and thing to enjoy...you will never have a problem...

But when you start seeing it as investment..You are always trading on "Currency Arbitrage" i.e $ value..if it swings downside??? if it's up cheer..if it's down tear :-(

After following this thread..

paper lo, excel sheet lo interest rates comparision in west and india veste...ayyo doola theeruthundhi antaaru...

But india lo real estate/homes/Apts are all together different animal to be tamed

1) first US and other abroad countries lo housing is regularised market..kodhigaa deposit..and credit score vunte..just mana intlo kukkani pampinchinaa ..mortgage application process is smooth.

2) Always india lo housing has emotional quotient attached to it, if you can handle that please never ever buy apartment in india. it always works out expensive when you taken loan in india.

But at the same time, if you wish to have one for the future..or for your parents...you will not get same sized apartment...you have to shell out 2, or 2.5 times more price(if u wait 5 years)..nuvvu US lo illu amminaa sare..india lo high end aprtment(sobhas,prestige etcc) konalemu and in the first place..you won't get new cosntruction in the heart of the city


3) India lo especially cities like bangalore, hyderabd lo if you miss to buy..just after 1 year you will regret about the price and location...i.e india lo 3rd 4th property kontaaru gaani amme vaadu vundadu

4) India lo Housing loan thappemi kaadhu...but need to show ur skills in reducing rate and processing fee...but please try to pay atleast 40-50% of deposit and never take tenure for more than 5-8 years if you are NRI. and try to repay before tenure if u can.

5) Nuvvu US lo elaanti life lead chesinaa..adhi nee vaarake...india trip vesi...oka 3-4 lunch invites ki india lo houses ki velthe(who own houses)...nee excel sheet lekkalu emi paniki raavu...nee emotional quotient obvious gaa bayataku vastaaadhi..appudu..naa daggara 1-2 crore dabbulu vunnayi US lo illu vundhi and india lo illu konaali ante..bangalore ki 15 kms-20 kms bayataki vellu dorukuthaayi antaaru :-)


just you guys give a thought for yourselves..10 years back 50 lakhs Vunte india lo emi emi kone choices vundevi...ippudemi vunnayi

Adhe 10 year back US lo 100K$ vunte emi emi kone choices vundevi...ippudemi vunnayi and you will get answer
